Vista

In the passage between heaven and hell. People were shocked to see arrays of plants. They asked the demi-god.

“This place do not look celestial. People on earth visualize it differently.”

“We keep changing vista after evey 1000 years. These days we are promoting plantation. Earth environment is getting worse day by day.”

“We thought God has magical powers. He can improve the things on earth in the blink of an eye.”

“No point of making things right, if you damage it again. We thought may be if you learn at soul level then you will improve.”

Grieving

It’s been 3 months since she left them. It was soul crushing experience for him. They were together from 51 years. He never understood the intricacy of love but her absence make him feel empty. Sometimes he feels she took his soul with her and left him stranded.

In adjacent room his grandson talking to his father.

“Why don’t grandpa talk anymore? He didn’t even smile when I showed him my new truck.”

His father’s misery of not being able to explain the concept of death and grieving to his little one was discernible in his eyes.

Lost

When she opened her eyes this morning iridescent sky was visible. It’s surprising that the sun which burns your skin in the afternoon looks mesmerizingly beautiful in the morning. One can find all the shades of green in this jungle. Indeed it is the most beautiful morning of her life.

Anything can become fun if you have right company with you. When you leave the world of internet you realised people around you are not that bad. As she progressed forward a few droplets of water along with breeze touched her face. Next sight made her spellbound.

Every week Rochelle host Friday Fictioneer. Writing the 100 words story inspired from photo prompt. This week this beautiful photo is shared by Dave Stewart.

Complacency

I feel complacency has taken over me. Everything is good but nothing seems fine. They all say I have a negative point of view.

I don’t think so.

Why?

You are stuck in a dead end job and miss learning. You like to be challenged. As they say, “If you are smartest person in the room then you are in the wrong room.”

Am I looking for contentment in a wrong place?

He wake up startled and open the window for fresh air.
